Wisconsin Singers Concert This Saturday!

Boy Scout Troop 327 is hosting the Wisconsin Singers

The show will kickoff at 7pm with a warmup by the St. X choir- with the Wisconsin Singers starting at 7:30.  Please join us for a great evening for the entire family.  Tickets are available from any Boy Scout and will be sold at the door.

"Wisconsin Singers newest show, We'll Take You There! is a musical journey across the United States with the greatest hit music from the beaches of California to the dazzling East coast. Featuring the UW-Madison's most talented singer/dancers and instrumentalists, this fully choreographed 90 minute Broadway caliber show will transport you across the nation, celebrating the past 50 years of American pop music.

In our "West Coast " medley, you'll enjoy the Surf music from the 60's, take a musical tour of the Hotel California and then head to the Vegas stage where you will hear new-age Lady GaGa and classics by Frank Sinatra and Elvis. "New York State of MInd" features the best songs about the Big Apple, landing us all on 42nd Street. Kids of all ages will enjoy a trip to Imaginary Places like Funkytown, Never Never Land and take a wild ride to the Star Wars Cantina. Our Wisconsin Singers band rocks the house with their trip back in time to Woodstock. We'll visit jazz favorites in New Orleans and then head to Detroit to listen to some of Motown's greatest hits. And, of course, what tour of the USA would be complete without a tribute to the UW with our traditional "Wisconsin Medley!"
